General terms & conditions

 

Online orders are processed by Paypal, which securely accepts all major
credit cards.  Orders will ship within 3-5 business days, and you will receive
order confirmation by email. Most domestic orders ship by UPS ground and
require signature for delivery. If you require an alternate shipment method
please contact us directly at shop@shutnyc.com.
 
Orders for delivery in NY and NJ will be charged sales tax respectively.

 

Shipping charges vary and will be calculated based on destination and shipping method option.

Returns & Exchanges
 

Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase for store credit
or replacement. Please call Michael @ 212.420.1469 (12-7pm EST) for Return
Authorization or email shop@shutnyc.com. You must have authorization to
return any item and you are responsible for return shipping charges.
Returned items must be in original packaging and condition. All decks are
final sale and only exchangeable for a manufacturing defect. Please be aware
that deck dimensions are subject to a variance of up to .125 inches.
